  • 1 cup quinoa

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons premium honey

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon maqui powder

  • Nori sheets for sushi

  • 1 ripe avocado cut in thin strips

  • 1 red bell pepper cut in thin strips

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  • 1 cup greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula)

  • Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi
